USING THE CLOSEST MATCHING RULE

As we described in the previous two chapters, storing all homogeneous rules in the way that we described in Chapter 5 could not improve BruteDL's performance by decreasing the number of times that the default rule was used. BruteDL+ gives some improvement, but not always. We have sought other methods to improve the performance of the default strategy while the BruteDL's search and storing policy remain unchanged.
