Default Rule Performance

The performance of the default rule on each data set is shown in Table 4 and Table 5. Table 4 shows the percentage of the testing data covered by the default rule on different data sets. Table 5 shows the prediction accuracy of the default rule on the testing data on different data sets. The accuracy is only calculated on those examples classified by the default rule. In Table 5, ``N'' means the default rule is never used and 0.0 means none of the predictions over the testing examples given by the default rule is correct; in Table 4, 0.0 means the default rule is never used.
