The Saraf and Fisher paper was accepted to a Special Issue (by a Special Issue editor) of the IVHS Journal on artificial intelligence in 1995, its status as accepted was confirmed by the Executive Editor of the journal, but to our knowledge the paper and the special issue were not published.
